Register for an upcoming AHV event


All of our Amplifying Her Voice events take place on a platform called Hopin. Registering & attending an event requires three steps:

1) Sign up for Hopin (free and only requires first name, last name & email)

2) Register for the actual event

3) Attending the event

 

Step 1 - Sign up for Hopin

  • You can sign up for a free account at hopin.com/sign_up.

  • Enter in your first & last name as well as your email and a password for your account.

    *If you get a “has already been taken”, that means an account has already been set up with that email. You can click ‘forgot password’ to recover the details if needed and sign in from there.

 

Step 2 - Register for the event

  • To register for an event, sign into your Hopin account.

  • Then click on the event link or event you want to register for (event registration links can be found on our Upcoming events page).

  • You’ll see tickets on the right hand side. Select the ticket type you would like and scroll to the bottom until you see the blue box ‘Checkout’. (You are not scrolling to the bottom of the whole page but just inside the ticket area)

  • Hit the ‘Checkout’ button and you are all set!

Step 3 - Attending the event

  • Sign into your Hopin account

  • Click on the event you would like to attend

  • When you click the event, you will then see a blue button ‘Enter Event’. Click that to enter the live enter!

*Please note that you will only be able to enter the event 5 minutes before its scheduled start time.
