The world is changing faster than ever, and with it, the skills needed to thrive. At The State of Women, we believe that access to knowledge is the key to unlocking gender equity—and our Digital Library is here to make that knowledge accessible to everyone, everywhere.
Our growing collection of free, on-demand videos empowers women and girls to build the skills they need to succeed in today’s digital world. From mastering new technologies to creating impactful content, these 15- to 30-minute lessons are designed to help you communicate across borders, amplify your voice, and even turn your ideas into income.
Whether you’re looking to upskill, explore new career paths, or simply stay informed, our library covers a wide range of topics across tech, leadership, and creative fields. And because we believe education should have no barriers, every video is available for free on all our platforms.

The pillar COMMUNITY is something we work towards and build through our international events/conferences as well as partnerships. Community is an integral part of our quest for gender equity and something that gives us great strength and continued purpose.

In 2021, The State of Women launched our signature global virtual summit series, Amplifying Her Voice, designed to amplify the voices of women around the globe.
Amplifying Her Voice is a powerful opportunity to join forces with the women and girls speaking up and fighting for gender equity, safety for all, full economic participation for everyone, mental health, empowerment, diversity and inclusion, and more. We devote a good portion of each summit to inclusivity in deep tech, access to capital, and economic empowerment; with areas of special emphasis as far-reaching as space and exploration. We have an intentional focus on themes such as women in the space industry, podcasting, artificial intelligence, blockchain, digital assets, climate change, and sustainability—all areas in which our voices are essential to reshape our post-pandemic world.
To date, Amplifying Her Voice had had 3,000+ attendees, 550+ speakers, and 125+ countries represented. All sessions are uploaded to our YouTube channel and accessible for free. You can view past event session videos below:

creativity
The pillar of CREATIVITY is focused on new technology, art, and innovation. We are a creative and agile team and believe in harnessing new technology, platforms, and working alongside creators in all mediums. Blockchain/crypto is an industry and sector we are extremely close with as our sister organization, SHEQONOMI, is centered around that technology.
