Fernanda Friedrich is an award-winning writer and director from Brazil. Over the last 10 years she directed award-winning documentaries and wrote for television shows and films in Latin America. Friedrich holds a Ph.D. in Film Television and Gender Studies and as an author she has three published books.

Lauren Turk is a social entrepreneur, activist and singer songwriter known for her daring, immersive shows and time-traveling vocals in French, Spanish and English. Lauren has presented two TEDx talks on music, tech and creativity and worked with GOOD, Google, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, Airbnb, One Billion Rising and is the founder of Play with Music, a music and tech education program for underserved youth. Lauren holds bachelors degrees in Communications and Business as well as a dual masters in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Sciences-Po Paris.
